ICLCA 2025 VendoR & Exhibitor Information

Greetings!

We are excited to announce the 40th Annual International College Learning Center Association (ICLCA) Conference in Rapid City, South Dakota! The conference will be held October 20-23, 2025 at the Monument, and we invite you to join us. By doing so, you’ll be able to interact with learning center professionals and student success leaders from higher education institutions in the US and internationally.

Our Vendor Partners benefit from:

Maximum, centralized placement in the public concourse surrounding the breakout rooms to facilitate optimal exposure

We acknowledge the important role our vendor partners play in our annual conference, and we intentionally maximize opportunities for our vendor partners to interact with our conference attendees in exhibition spaces, as well as over drinks in the hospitality suites or over delicious meals that highlight what our host city has to offer.

In the next few pages, I have detailed several exciting opportunities and sponsorships for our vendor partners to showcase their platform or product, including new sponsorship levels and enhanced offerings. Sponsorship Opportunities

Basic vendor sponsorship includes:

Conference registration for one person (additional registrations are available for purchase)
One 6-foot table with power

Silver vendor sponsorship includes:

Everything included in the basic package
One additional registration (two total)
Concurrent session slot
Sponsorship of one drink table during sessions (logo on table)

Gold vendor sponsorship includes:

Everything included in the silver package
One additional registration (three total)

Sponsorship of one snack table during sessions (logo on table)

Platinum vendor sponsorship includes:

Diamond vendor sponsorship includes:

Concurrent session slot

Diamond + vendor sponsorship includes:

ALL vendor sales and registrations will be completed through the ICLCA Vendor Info page on our website. Please register using the Vendor Registration from below:

Please note:

The member conference registration portal is not for vendor registrations. You must use the Exhibitor portal for all vendor transactions.

If you have mistakenly registered as a member instead of a vendor, please let me know so I can cancel that registration and help you start over on the exhibitor side.

Vendor & Exhibitor Concurrent Session Proposals

Please note:

In order to be guaranteed a concurrent session, you will need to spend $2000 as a sponsor, which will make you a conference level sponsor.

Table Attendance:

All vendors with Exhibitor Tables are expected to be in attendance and set up by Monday, October 20, 2025 at 4PM. Vendor partners can check-in to the conference between 7am-4pm on Monday, October 20 and check-in will reopen at 7am, Tuesday, October 21.

Payment:

You will have the opportunity to pay as part of the registration process.
