If you a registering for the Summer Institute, your registration includes all 8 seminars. Please do not complete a seminar registration.

Monday, July 6
12pm-1pm: Welcome and Kickoff, introduction of mentors, walk-through Google Classroom and full program of events
1pm-4pm: Meet with mentor groups, relationship-building, start brainstorming projects.
Tuesday, July 7
11am-12:00pm: Seminar #1: Learning Center Programs and Services and How to Market Them
12:00-12:30pm: Institute discussion groups
*Institute participants work through Module 1 in Google Classroom (asynchronous at their own pace).
Wednesday, July 8
10:30am-11:30am: Seminar #2: Recruiting and Hiring Student Staff
11:30am-12:00pm: Institute discussion groups
2pm-4pm: Institute participants meet with mentor group to discuss Module 1 and workshop projects.

11am-12:00pm: Seminar #3: Leadership Training and Managing People
12:00-12:30pm: Institute discussion groups

12pm-3pm: Micro-presentations of projects: institute participants will present a two-minute micro-presentation of their project to their mentor group.
3:30pm-4:15pm: Congratulatory keynote address from ICLCA President Brandon Johnson and awarding of LCLC Emerging Learning Center Leader certificates by Institute Chair Jenny Haley.
